Very Satisfied

Love the Venue. Practical with all options I was looking for in a vehicle. Great pricing. Only issue is the defective passenger seat belt in back seat. Other than that enjoying this vehicle immensely.

Pretty decent gas mileage. Room for tall people. As roomy as a small suv can be. Room for groceries and other small packages.

The vehicle itself is not too bad. Great for getting to and from work and I don't have to gas it up all the time. Have not done a trip yet, but I would say it is comfortable enough for a long trip. The downside is that the interior light is in the middle of the car. Seeing I do mostly night driving, it is a nusiance. Have not had it long enough to do any winter driving. But I would guess that using the down shifting capabilities, it would be ok. We will see! I was not expecting to get such a small vehicle as I wanted more room and all wheel drive. My significant other of 6'5" has used this vehicle and said no complaints. Im short.... short. For being small, it has plenty of get up and go and can get out of its own way. Visability is good. The steering wheel has the buttons on it to operate the radio and phone. Cruise control is on the steering wheel as well. I do miss the console in the middle not having a cover on it. I have had Hyundai cars in the past and in this vehilce that is missing as I also used it as an armrest. No armrest in this vehicle. I am sure I will be getting my use out of it. The seats flip down to give you more room to put bigger things although not for moving purposes. With the shortage of vehicles and the increase in prices of what there is available, this was a great purchase.

Lacks power for passing and loses speed on hills

The Hyundai Venue is a good around town vehicle. The engine power lacks for highway travel and the CVT transmission causes the engine to rev but doesn’t increase speed enough for passing and allows the engine to rev without any real acceleration. At highway speeds of 75-80 mph, the rear of the vehicle gets very light and the rear of the vehicle doesn’t feel very “planted” on the road.

Happy Customer

I am very happy with my new Hyundai Venue. The styling and color (Green Apple) stand out from the crowd. My mileage exceeds the expected mileage in all cases. The 3 yrs of oil changes and tire rotations is an added benefit along with the best warranty in the market.

Good little car

I bought this car because it was very affordable for me to get a new car and I love the warranty that is included! One feature I love is that the seat adjusts up and down so even though I am short I can see over the dash and even though my son is very tall 6'2 he still fits in the car with room to grow. The other feature is that its great on gas! My only complaint is that you do hear more road noise than I am used to and I wish that the center seat in back had child safety anchors because that's the safest spot for a car seat to be. Otherwise this car is an amazing budget option!

Great little suv!

Great gas mileage, easy to get in and out of and great handling. Fun to drive. Lots of compliments on the style and look of the car. Lots of room when you fold down seats to haul furniture and most anything.

Early

The vehicle was used as the loaner for the dealership so it came with 12500 miles . I needed a car after my Kia soul engine failed. I am hoping for the best but planning for the worst with this engine.

For its size it feels very spacious

The handling is nice, I like the graph assist, and the halo headlights are pretty cool too. The engine purrs like a kitten. overall it offers a very different and unique experience spacious and surprisingly roomy

Short People are at a disadvantage

I really like my Venue! I just need to be taller. Taller to have the visor work, taller for seat belt comfort!! The back storage needs more room, but U understand that would be a bigger SUV? Don’t get black exterior bottom trim, it never looks clean in any black trim!!

Kia to Hyundai purchasr

The vehicle has performed exactly as I had anticipated and I do not have any complaints considering what I bought and value for what I knew I was giving into. I am incredibly concerned and would never give such a poor service reading or have never given such a poor service rating in my life. I realize that with Covid a number of things died in the United States but the customer service in communication that has been given to me while my vehicle has been serviced over the last 122 days is the worst service I have ever got from a dealership.

Easy and fun to drive.

I was looking to replace my 2011 Kia Soul with a similar sized Crossover type vehicle. After doing some research, looking at reviews, and watching some videos online I decided on the 2021 Hyundai Venue SEL. Overall I am pleased with my new vehicle. If I had to choose one thing that really stands out about my new Venue it would have to be the fuel efficiency. I am averaging between 35 and 40 mpg.

Affordable,good mileage,loaded with safety features! make sense car!

Overall the venue is a good buy for a budget minded practical car. But the safety features are excellent! which is very important for new vehicle nowadays it comes first! very important. The controls are great and ease of getting in and out was great! I would buy it again specially if the suspension and smoothnes of the ride can be improved! Great small car overAll. Love the simple design! looks great!

Cute and Fun to Drive Venue

Purchased this car new in 2021 because of Butler and Hyundai's warranty trading in a Chevy Cruz that was constantly in and out of the dealership for repair.The Venue gets better mileage than other vehicle we own which is important as I drive approx 90 miles each day and need a reliable, economic car to get me where I need to go. I recieve compliments on it as there aren't many on the road and people think its cute as well.

Bug Issues

There’s a ton of bugs that need to be fixed. Like my gas cover that won’t pop when I pull the lever, the horn doesn’t work most times, the back up camera never goes off, and there’s more! It would be a perfect car if these issues were fixed.

Great car but the radio auto turns on constantly

Cute car, drives well and I like it. But, it's absolutely maddening that one can't keep the radio off. Anytime you make a call, send a text, your GPS talks, you stop listening to an audiobook - literally anything once it stops the raido pops on. That is a feature that you can't change. I called corporate, brought back to the dealership and looked on-line (and yes I'm not the only one complaining out it online). So, if you like the radio on ALL of the time this is the car for you!

So,so!

Nice driving vehicle, does have its quirks. Power of motor, shifting up & down not what I expected. Getting in & out of vehicle is easy. Storage is a lot less than I expected. Total handling is so,so, depending on the roads surface.
