Okay, but not great

The biggest problem I've experienced is everyone's inability to make my infotainment screen display correctly. It's down to mostly the back-up camera, but it's still imperfect. It is also louder than I expected. On the plus side, the mileage is better than expected and, once I figured out ALL trhe seat controls, it is quite comfortable.

She gets her name from the paint color! I love this car! It has been wonderful to drive and I have had (knock on wood) only one issue! The front passenger window does not raise and lower by the driver's side switch. I will get that fixed as soon as I can. Other than that, I love my car! The really interesting thing is I do not see many of these cars on the road - and I like that! I went from Germantown MD to Corolla NC and did not see one Venue! But, I got plenty of stares! :)

Good car

I like the car, the ride is a little rough at times, handles nice, but sometimes doesn't hug the road as much as I would like, great around the town car, great reliability. Somewhat uncomfortable on long trips due to small size. Great for one or two people and back seat is ok for small children, pets or belongings.

I enjoy my Venue. It's the right size for small loads..

My Venue is very comfortable to drive. Drivers seat is adjustable and has the right support in all the right places. The heated seats are also great. I've taken a few short trips and I couldn't be more comfortable.

Service Excellence

Every single department is top notch ! They treat us with respect and kindness no matter what issue I have ! My husband is a Disabled Vet so I come in at the drop of a hat just to have my tires filled . The car runs beautifully and It’s great on gas. Many people stop me and tell me that I have the cutest little red car. It’s a venue. The only problem I had was the horn kept burning out, but they replaced it right away and then because it was a factory issueI received a certificate that says just come on in and they’ll take care of it. I always get the tire and windshield replacements. I had a huge nail stuck in it and they replaced it without any problems . 3 people in my apartment complex noticed mine and asked me questions . They now have purchased a Venue !
