Poorly built powertrain

My car has 91k miles, excellent maintenance history, and I need a new engine soon. After research, I found this is becoming common with this particular model. I have filed a complaint with infinity and waiting to hear their explanation.

Carmax purchase

I bought this vehicle in 2019. From the start had issues. Brakes still make a scrubbing noise and feel. I started looking at the vehicle and it has more rust under vehicle than I would like. The real kicker, I was looking for something in my car I noticed the metal under the seats are rusted.Love the features of this vehicle, not happy with this particular one.
