Thanks for your feedback. While I appreciate the honesty of Ezra explaining that your registration had fallen through the cracks. Ezra was not aware that Rhode Island required a Vehicle ID check. Once the registry let us know they wanted a VIN check, two weeks after your delivery, Ezra contacted you, drove to your house to pick up the vehicle and take it to the police department to complete the check and returned the car to your home, so as not to inconvenience you or your family. Then we sent the paperwork to the Rhode Island registry and they took an additional two weeks to complete the registration. Upon receiving the registration Ezra then took it upon himself to drive the registration to your home once again.
Ezra took the changes made by the Rhode Island registry as well as the fact they are now taking several weeks to complete registrations and blamed it on himself. So your comments that we won't take the blame is actually not true. The fact that Ezra drove to your home multiple times to make sure everything got done, again not to inconvenience you or your family speaks volumes to me. I do not feel that Ezra deserves the comments you made nor the 2 star rating. If that is how you feel then so be it. I am sorry you do not understand that we do not or cannot control the State of Rhode Island and their issues at completing this process in a timely manner. The State is constantly changing their process. Also, it should be noted that any tag transfer is good for 30 days from the time of delivery without any issues. We do appreciate your business even if you feel we are not honest folks.

But 2 weeks later I was still without my registration. So apparently the only important thing is the sale not the follow up. I would probably look elsewhere for a Subaru . I don't like dealing with people who make excuses and don't accept responsibility.
You are incorrect that Ezra contacted me, I initiated the contact he never contacted me once until I called. I do understand how the registry works and I don't presume to think you can control them. However , I paid you to handle this and and it should have been done before I picked up the car. A transfer can be done same day however you took six weeks! They also make accomodations for dealers. I am not stupid! I have dealt with the registry many times and a transfer is not a 30 day process and they do not allow you 30 days to get it done .I stand by my review of your handling of this situation and will never recommend your sales dept. Also if Ezra did not know as you stated that is obviously a reflection of the training you give to your staff.
