I made an appointment for an oil change and that was what I got. They did not try to sell me a bunch
of other services like all the other auto shops that I have visited downtown. They did use regular oil instead of synthetic but I will make sure that they know that I want full synthetic on my next visit.

You discovered and repaired everything that was wrong. Your estimate was exact and finished about the
time you estimated. I've already referred you to a friend. However, the final bill included a higher fee for recycled things than I expected and it stated you replaced 2 right struts, instead of one of each. I appreciated the Specific News that I came in just barely in time to avoid a serious breakdown.

Staff is friendly and courteous. They provided me with a loaner car that saved me time and money with
less stress about leaving my car over night. They got back to me when they said they would and Nick was great at helping me understand what the problem was with car and my options were going forward. Overall good experience even though I got bad news about my car.
