Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.

My service engine light had come on late Sunday night. My sister recommended this place to me as she
had a great experience with Jose. I showed up Monday morning in tears as it was my parents death anniversary. Ronnie couldn’t have been any kinder. He assured me they would look at my car and let me know what was needed. I was full of worry and anxiety over a hefty bill. After some time, Ronnie called back with good news saying it was just the Fuel Cap that was loose. They would replace and test again in the event it may be anything else. Thankfully it was just that. I truly can’t thank Ronnie and his team enough for their care and honesty.
