My granddaughter took her car to Mark to check out the heater it was not blowing hot air but it was b
lowing cold air. It turned out that the actuator just needed to be reconnected. Someone had been back there before and just didn't reconnect it. So once again I am impressed with Mark's integrity. He could have charged us a lot more money and said it was something very complicated but he did not. I have been taking my Dodge ram truck here for 13 years and he's never done me wrong. We really appreciate you Mark and your mechanics.

I just took my 2014 Prius C to have the air condition checked, it wasn't blowing cold air. I dropped
my car off, got a ride back home and later was picked up so I could get my car. They are efficient, courteous and best of all reasonably priced for their work. I will never take my car back to a Toyota dealer for repairs. Thanks guys, you were great.
