yota RAV4, she couldn't stop raving about her new car. I was curious and I wanted to see how competitive the pricing was in comparison with the classifieds and other dealers. Couldn't be beat. Not only will Peter give you a competitive price, Peter will make sure you're informed and as comfortable as can be throughout the entire process. Today, I also came to buy a 2018 Toyota RAV4. My ankles dislocated so I came in crutches. It was busy but that didn't stop him from helping me move everything over from my old car, including a Thule. Nothing to say but good things working with Peter. His desk is to the far left back corner towards the window if you're looking for him. Mark Muliarchyk was the service person to help me get set up for the recall work. He also called a L
yft driver to take me home. When I returned to get my car, he asked me if there was anything else my car needed. I told him I love the car, but the heater sucks! Right then we made another appointment to get the heater diagnosed. At that point I knew Mark was really LISTENING to me. I had been told twice before the heater was fine. (Blowing cold air non stop is NOT fine) Thanks to the great mechanic, they diagnosed a faulty fuse. My car was fixed. I now don't get "frozen bones" just driving a short distance. The heater warms up before I am at the end of my short road. THANKS MARK and THANKS to the great mechanic! THANKS for listening to me.

I don't usually take my car to the dealership, but Josh Trichek and the staff took care of my seat be
lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.
