l as the pride in their work. Past-Major damage with a deer accident around the holidays and they handled all exceptionally well! TODAY-A weird, seemingly minor but complicated issue with a door lock/stuck/unuseable so I dropped by to get just get an opinion near the end of the day for potential future work since I was headed out-of-town tomorrow. They offered to pull it in the shop and they proceeded to investigate then found a creative way to repair it like NEW. Wow! And NO charge for removing the door panel and fixing the locking apparatus. Certainly my go to first choice for high quality service at a good price.

We used ChatGPT to find the best Ram Promaster dealer in the Riverside area and it pulled up Silver E
agle. We dropped a van that we were told by another mechanic that it needed a new water pump off there for an inspection. We were told it might need a new water pump but we should start with the thermostat housing that was cracked first. Good Idea and so far no more leaks. Can't recommend enough!!!

I've never had the pleasure of doing business with Sailors Auto Care before, but after my first time
I can assure you I will be going back over and over.
I originally had my Honda Civic serviced at a dealership not far from Sailors. After the dealership asked me to pay $10,000 for a new transmission on a vehicle with only 50k miles, I politely declined and took it to Sailors for a second opinion.
Kipp Sailors was extremely helpful and honest. Without him and his team, I wouldn't have discovered that my transmission had been underfilled during it's last service (by aforementioned dealership, no less.)
Thanks to Kipp, I'm no longer stuck out of warranty with a blown transmission to no fault of my own. I'll be taking my vehicle and my wife's there for any maintenance going forward.
