Ray, the owner, is always very thorough with how his shop operates. He will ask what brings you in ,
even from your phone, then he will prioritize fixing the issue and he will also ask what else you need to be done to your vehicle. He will diagnose your vehicle , mine is always a couple hours. Then he will give you a call back or you can wait there. Finally, he will break down the details of what your vehicle is needed and the estimate how much.

rking here. Just one thing this last visit, my interior door handle had some hand prints all over it and it’s a mix of oil and grime that’s very difficult to remove now. I’m still going back but it would be cool if better care was taken to avoid this
