I found that the service technicians were very friendly and helpful for the time I spent at the deale
rship. They were even very helpful with the bill and worked with me on the service. The only complaint that I would have is on a company level and has nothing to do with the staff. The issue with my car was something I could only get fixed through the dealership and unfortunately had to travel about 40 minutes to get there as there is a lack of dealerships in the Bay Area. Having to leave my car overnight and needing to commute back to my home was inconvenient for me.
