I needed a new remote key fob for my 20-year-old Jeep. Karen ordered the keys and recommended a local
dealer to cut and calibrate them. Despite a hefty charge, the keys didn’t work. It took 2 days but Karen and Steve didn’t leave me at a loss. They followed through with integrity and grace.
