Good Customer service
Alex, helped me out a great deal. I was driving in a spare and he was kind enough go to show good cus
tomer service by letting me come about 20mins before closing to serve me a brand new tire. I was very grateful and thanked him and the mechanic for their time and patience. This place has never given me poor service, only great service and good communication when it came to that situation. As oppose to the Dealership , gave me the run around about waiting for a tire to be ordered and installed for 3days :/

Today i came here at Bear, Moreno Valley, for my appointment 8/8/2022, this is my second time comming

It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall alwa
ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.
