Needed an oil change on my 2017 MB 550S Maybach and normally go to my personal friend who works in sa
les at Arrowhead MB. Being in a hectic period right now I was already 700 miles over the required change which is with a vehicle like this not an alarming issue but never the right thing to do especially not because I am senior service advisor myself. Problem is most oil change places won't even take a Maybach because of liability they say but in reality they don't have the right mechanics for these kinds of vehicles. In the past I took my other European cars to Huffs in Chandler because they work on European cars 90 procent and don't get scared when you say Maybach. They know the exact procedure and have the equipment to work on those vehicles. An oil change on a MB 550 S Maybach or not is completely different then American vehicles. The old oil is not drained it is sucked out at a certain temperature to make sure no dirt or sludge stays behind. Granted that Huffs has no "free" orange juice or a pastry like in the dealerships but it is done professionally by certified technicians for cars like mine and the two service advisors are very friendly and know also what needs to be done. They offer litterally all the services that the offical dealerships do including transmission fluid and filter, coolant, brake fluid, upper engine part clean out and of course all the mechanical things like brakes alignments tune up you name it they do it and don't over promise they actually over deliver. Hard to find at dealerships nowadays where advisors are trained to sell instead of giving you the feeling that they are your liaison and tell you what is needed and give you an estimate without using frases like it is a requirement or you have to do that. If you need an address for a high end European vehicle without having to stand next to it while it's serviced I highly recommend my friends from Huffs. They fact that they add an additive to your oil which most MB dealerships don't do it tells you they really care. My Maybach is happy and purring again when I push the start button. Keep doing what you do you're doing an excellent job.

The Scottsdale CarLife shop stood behind their "We are Awesome" motto. Friday, late afternoon and I'm
on my way to my home in Payson. I hear a clunking sound in my wheel and quickly looked for a repair shop nearby with good reviews. CarLife was it and I'm so thankful for their professionalism! Justin took the initiative and offered one of his busy mechanics to test drive and diagnose the problem. It was something that needed attention, but I was able to drive it with caution. I did drive home and had it properly repaired on Sunday near my home. Without the honest diagnosis, I would have incurred the inconvenience and expense of a weekend of lodging (and no car). I feel completely confident in the quality and customer service of this CarLife shop and wouldn't hesitate to utilize them for any service. Thank you!
