I’ve had multiple great experiences with Buddy’s Auto Shop. From start to finish they were professi
onal, prompt, and very easy to deal with. They got my vehicle in quickly and completed the work in a timely manner without any hassle.
What I appreciated most was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell me or recommend repairs that weren’t actually needed, which is rare these days. Instead, they performed a very thorough 77-point inspection and clearly organized everything into urgent items, non-urgent items, and items that passed inspection, so I knew exactly what needed attention and what could safely wait.
Another thing that really stood out was how transparent they are. They don’t just tell you what’s wrong, the inspection report includes detailed photos, and they take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on so you actually understand the condition of your vehicle. That level of communication and transparency builds a lot of trust.
Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable. Overall it was a straightforward, stress-free experience, and it’s clear they care about doing quality work and treating customers honestly. I’d definitely recommend Buddy’s Auto Shop to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy mechanics.
