My bolts were loose on my transmission mount. Which made my shifter bounce & wiggling. It was a quick
fix for them but WOW how quickly they moved thanks Randy & Kenny from the crazy Camaro Lady ?

I was concerned with the new management that the previous owners reasonable pricing, conscientious cu
stomer service and skilled technicians would no longer be available; however, the new owner, Eric, has exceeded my expectations!!! I have brought two of my vehicles in and his customer service and employee’s capabilities are exceptional! The first vehicle I brought in was a Nissan Rogue which had a check engine light on, and several diagnostic tests were conducted, and it was determined that the light was just a glitch. Despite spending several hours, trying to determine the issue, I was not charge for anything, the second vehicle was a Ford focus which needed the belly pan to be tightened up (Don’t we all!🤣) and an oil change. The charge for the belly pan was minimal and the oil change was reasonable. Eric, did not try to upsell me on anything. Protech definitely did right by me and I will continue to use them as my go to car repair.

I called multiple shops and ALL of them wanted to charge me a astronomical price for a transmission f
lush. Then my son suggested I call Gearhead, he had seen they had gotten really good reviews on Yelp. I went to the website and saw that you could send an appointment request online so I did. Daniel got back to me within an hour of the request. He answered all of my questions quickly and was able to schedule me an appointment to have my transmission serviced the same day. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile! He was very patient with all of my questions and very detailed with his answers. Daniel told me how long it would take to service the car and I when came back at that time and the vehicle was ready to go. He is a very sweet and honest guy and I hope to have him as my mechanic for a long while.
