My husband took my car in for service since Gibbs is near his work. He asked that they call me with a
ny updates and for payment, which they did, first to recommend a new airfilter (We live in the desert, off dirt roads, so this was a reasonable suggestion), and finally for credit card payment.
This was my husband's first interaction with Gibbs. He praised their customer service and professionalism. They provided him transportation to and from his work while the car was being serviced. He was so impressed that he has scheduled his next service with them (he has a newer Chevy truck from O'Reilly, but has not been pleased with their customer service).
This was my 2nd service with Gibbs, and I have been very pleased thus far. Thank you!
