Scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for me was easy. The waiting area was clean and comfo
rtable. The service person I worked with was polite and professional. My only negative comment was about the people sitting at desks when you first entered. They were having a private conversation about a night out drinking, and were swearing multiple times. I’m sure they saw me sitting there. Carrying on like that made me uncomfortable and was unprofessional. I would give a ‘9’ rating if not for having to listen to this conversation.

I was told the car I purchased was damaged in their showroom. Freak accident. I appreciate the truth.
They also told me they replaced all the damaged parts with new parts. Not the truth. The glued together trim pieces are falling apart.
The repainted clear coat finish is coming off in sheets.
