My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I
lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.
They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.
I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.

These guys are fantastic. I am in the process of selling my truck and was made aware of CARFAX issue
over a simple data entry error concerning the odometer that had been done back in late 2023. I stopped in on (8/8/25) to discuss the matter with Max and Adrian. Immediately they sprung into action and were eager to resolve the issue for me. The communication was over the top and resolved that same day. I received an email from Adrian on (8/9/25) detailing the how, when and why he also attached service invoices for my records. This is a level of service far and above what I was expecting. I am extremely grateful for their quick action and resolve.

Sasha and Martin always take good care of me. I went in with a noise around my brakes. I bought brake
s for them to install but what I actually needed they said was just the brake sensor and didn’t need to replace the pads. I told them since they was already there to replace the pads and added and oil change and inspection. Now I don’t hear any noise and car is running smoothly. Thank you guys!!!
