Honest experience always
I always have concerns with my car so I usually have them check numerous things. Greg will call and a
lways be truthful about what's wrong, usually only 1 out of the 4 things I said I thought was lol. I appreciate the honesty, speed, and always a low price. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

My trusted neighbor referred me when I needed to find a repair shop for the air conditioning unit on
my small Van RV. He had had an excellent experience with his van repair. I was surprised to learn that they have an outdoor open rack for heavier vehicles right behind the bays. I was so surprised to hear that I could come over the same day I called! Josh worked on my vehicle and got it fixed! I don't think I was there longer than an hour, which was another wonderful surprise! And the bill was very reasonable. This was all in stark contrast to another place where I had tried to get my vehicle repaired earlier. There, I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment, only to have them tell me that they couldn't diagnose or fix it. But that's okay, because it led me to Hermitage Hills break in auto, where a customers are treated properly!

Our clutch master cylinder failed and we were stuck. AAA towed us to Carothers and they performed an
analysis on the situation, called me and together we determined a course of action. They made the repair and Austin did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process.
