It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.

I messed up my car hitting a curb. I brought my car to Craig Automotive. They looked the car over and
made a diagnosis. They gave me an estimate of what they could do. However, the said a body shop would be better for my car as the body shop could do everything. The didn’t charge me anything and made arrangements to get my car to the body shop for me. User friendly and honest.
