It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.

Engine light and suddenly losing power to a crawl. Had my 2005 Tribute towed to Allen Automotive wher
e I have been taking all of the family cars for maybe 20 years. The engine light indicated it was only firing on 3 cylinders. They discover bad coils and a leaking valve cover gasket which was coating one spark plug with oil. Coils and gasket and plugs were replaced and all is good again. I'm happy to have a garage i can trust and with everyone so pleasant and personable.
