I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.

Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.

I have been looking for a good, honest repair shop for my vehicle. When I walked into the customer se
rvice area I was greeted with a friendly greeting. The service person checked me in and arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The waiting area looked as good as most Doctor's offices, only they had magazines and books neatly arranged for those waiting. My vehicle was ready faster then they had quoted me and the whole process was really smooth. I was really impressed. They have better pricing than other places I had checked and I plan to use them again.

y problem seriously. They gave me an estimate for the work and said my car should be ready in two days. The next day they called me and said my car was ready for pickup. When I got there my car was waiting, and the cost was for the amount they estimated. All the staff members I met were pleasant and very helpful. I will take my car back to them if I need further repairs.
