The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, the shop is clean & efficient, and Joseph is straight forward
I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.
My fiancee and I bought a car from their dealership for business purposes and less than a month later
, we purchased another vehicle from them because of their phenomenal service and quality of vehicles. Both transactions were painless and easy! The team is VERY accommodating and worked with us to fit our needs! Thankful that when whenever we have issues with the cars that that we purchased we get personal and professional help every-time and don't have to fight the dealership for assistance.
I will never take my car to the dealer again. Martin is the best and will help you with the big thin
gs and the little things like replacing a fuse so the DVD player works! Reliable, trustworthy and everyone is so friendly. I'd highly recommend this family business to anyone.
This was my first time taking my vehicle to Tigard Premier Auto, and I so appreciate Chris and the en
tire team here. My breaks were acting funny on Thursday night and they took my Jeep in first thing the next morning. While there were several mechanical issues to be fixed, Chris kept me updated throughout the process. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the mechanic, and Chris & team made the entire process as painless as possible. I will absolutely be returning for any future maintenance, and would highly recommend everyone do the same.
Very accommodating. They go above and beyond what you would expect when it comes to figuring out prob
lems and meeting needs. Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.
I took my car to three other mechanics, and they didn't want to work on my car. Accurate Auto took m
y problem seriously. They gave me an estimate for the work and said my car should be ready in two days. The next day they called me and said my car was ready for pickup. When I got there my car was waiting, and the cost was for the amount they estimated. All the staff members I met were pleasant and very helpful. I will take my car back to them if I need further repairs.
Christian your sales associate made our purchase and trade easy and non stressful. We traded in our b
eloved R8 on another R8 and the whole thing took about 2 hours. I would defnitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a car to buy. Thank you

Worked me in
East Vancouver is hard-working, reliable and considerate. I was worked in for an oil change on a busy
day and was out of there in less time than expected. If any of you are mechanics that are well-trained, this is a place for you.
Restoring an "89 Toyota pickup that I bought from a Toyota dealership mechanic. He had given up on i
t after replacing the engine when it developed a miss. I gave Brooks a try after every local mechanic refused to even let it in the door. Seems that the "89-96 models have a computer but the diagnosis is quite complex meaning the mechanic needs to know what he is doing. I dropped it off there with no expectations other than "It is over my head". The bottom line here is that it took a bit but now the car runs perfectly. How many shops would replace vacuum hoses, MAP sensors, EGR valves, wires and etc. Thank you. Restoration savvy shop.
