Arsen, the owner is very polite, professional, honest and attentive to details. He did excellent job
on my Audi Q5 and the price was good. I definitely will recommend him to my family and friends.

I have a Honda Fit and needed my brakes fixed, and I had worked with Grigor in the past. I found his
new shop and again he did great service. He gave me an honest assessment and beat the competitor’s overpriced quote. The brakes feel great, and the service was fast. Grigor is the only mechanic I trust with my car. Highly recommended!

Loudon County Exotics moved my car to the front of the line since I was waiting for it onsite. The q

For European vehicles, this is the shop to come to! They know what they are doing, have always been h
onest with me and treated me right. If I ever want to know what broke, they will take the time to show me the broken part in question, as well as fully explain why it broke, what caused it and so on. Thank you for all you do!
*UPDATE*
The original post was from several years ago. The shop is now under new management with a new name, Sanctuary Motorwerks.
The quality of work, knowledgeable staff and the reasonable prices have only gotten better. In the Springs area, I would not trust my euro car to anyone else! They have always gone above and beyond with top-notch service! Thank you all for taking such good car of me and my car!
