We had a sudden, significant, and unexpected issue with our car that seemed to compromise its safety.
After some reassurance from roadside assistance that it was safe to drive to a mechanic, I showed up at Berlin Auto with no appointment, hoping to get their help reading codes off my car and diagnosing the problem to ensure whether my car was safe to drive or not. Despite not having any openings in their schedule for the next three days, they squeezed me in. I had to wait about 90 minutes total, but they were able to tell me that the problem was something that could wait until I got back home to Pennsylvania. The reassurance that my car was safe to drive was well worth the small diagnostic fee. I really appreciate them fitting me in.
