hat has an OUTSTANDING knowledge of highend car servicing, Honesty, and Cost-effectiveness. My car had not been serviced in almost 1.5 years because of Covid. So, now that I have moved to the Cape I was in need of a BMW Service Center to give my Z4 a good examination. I have a good friend that told me about Roundel and the professional service they gave him on his Mercede's. His explementary praise of Roundel service center was the advice I was looking for. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for an opening. In my mind, that was a great sign that this service center had a good clientele. They worked on the car for 2 days as i knew they might have to, and then called me to say all was done and up to spec. I was impressed, VERT impressed at their professionalism to fix things quickly and give me straight answers to the things they worked on. I got the distinct impression that ROUNDEL were not servicing the things that needed servicing and were not on a "hike" to find things that might fail but gave me the feeling they were very honest in their work. I will MOST DEFINITELY have them service my car. Price for repairs was HONEST.
