I was referred to Jerry’s MB by a friend after my check engine light came on. The shop immediately p
ut me on their schedule for the same day. From the moment I arrived, until driving away less than an hour later, everyone was so professional and very friendly.
I will absolutely make this my new service center from this day forward for my S63 AMG.

I took my 2018 Porsche Macan for an AC issue. I've done all the preliminary check on my vehicle to se
e what was going on with it. When I was not able to diagnose the problem myself, I set an appointment with Drive Auto Import. When I arrived, they were very prompt and pleasant. They took a look at my Macan and they determined that the issue was just a low charge on the refrigerant. My vehicle was giving them issues with recharging the refrigerant so I ended up having to bring my vehicle the next day to complete the work. They went above and beyond by giving me a ride back home and picking me back up so I can go home and work and tend to my significant other that had a recent surgery. You don't see that type of customer service as much now a days and it is definitely worth celebrating. The price for the service is up to par with what other shops charge. I would recommend Driven Import Auto Care to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They will definitely get my business again.

I have taken my Range Rovers to British & German Autoworks for about 8 years. They are more knowledg
eable and patient than the dealer, and their prices are lower. I have never been overcharged or upsold by British & German Autoworks, and I would recommend them over the dealer.

Always great service, honest, great mechanics and ownership. Only place I’ll trust my Rovers with. Ex
cellent service and place of business. They take time explaining and defining what’s being done and why and without pause.
Trusting your mechanic is essential and this place is it.
