I took my 2018 Porsche Macan for an AC issue. I've done all the preliminary check on my vehicle to se
e what was going on with it. When I was not able to diagnose the problem myself, I set an appointment with Drive Auto Import. When I arrived, they were very prompt and pleasant. They took a look at my Macan and they determined that the issue was just a low charge on the refrigerant. My vehicle was giving them issues with recharging the refrigerant so I ended up having to bring my vehicle the next day to complete the work. They went above and beyond by giving me a ride back home and picking me back up so I can go home and work and tend to my significant other that had a recent surgery. You don't see that type of customer service as much now a days and it is definitely worth celebrating. The price for the service is up to par with what other shops charge. I would recommend Driven Import Auto Care to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They will definitely get my business again.
