They are always great about doing a top to bottom checkup, point out the must fix items and give me a list of things I can fix on a preventative basis and cosmetic items, and let me choose. They never, ever upsell you on repair work, which is what sets them apart, and they do good work. And they are nice people too!

Great job on my troublesome Beemer!
However, I can’t help wondering if ‘maybe’ an oversight occurred
diagnosing the issue at the very beginning. After fixing an oil leak, 5 days after my car won’t start and had to be towed to Mike’s Beemer. I was told the Starter motor needed replacement. 3 days later, when picking up my car, after it was fixed, it didn’t start. Didn’t even live the shop yet. Then I was told it could be the Alternator, which was actually still under warranty from another shop. Had the car towed there; they claimed it was not the Alternator, but an electric issue and they didn’t have an electrician. Had the car towed back to Mike’s B. Felipe said could be the computer, which would be very costly, or the Alternator was a bad one. He suggested to start by replacing it. Very difficult decision for me, and costly. Finally decided to replace it. Turned out it was a bad Alternator; he was correct. car is working well, so far. But, still I can’t help wondering if instead of replacing the Starter motor, it was an Alternator’s issue from the beginning??♀️. Felipe said no. I have to move on and trust no mistake were made diagnosing the issues. Therefore, then, Mike’s Beemer did an excellent job.

After having a horrific experience at a VW dealer’s service department, my faith in humanity has been
restored. Service department did a sloppy job on a timing service, thermostat replacement and heater core replacement. They had my car for 6 WEEKS! Got the car back with damaged seat and a layer of grime that needed professional steam cleaning. I originally brought the car to HD because the dealership diagnosed the car with a bad fly wheel, than said it would be over 6,000 dollars to fix and they really didn’t want to get into it. So I said ok, bye. I called the office and Samantha got my car in immediately. The fly wheel was ok for now, but repaired a bunch of other things that the dealership missed AND fixed up the sloppy timing service done by the dealership. After being extremely disappointed and robbed by the dealership, I truly appreciate the honesty and fair prices HD offered me. Having a super high mileage diesel, every day can feel like a gamble. But having HD to fall back on to makes life less stressful. After getting my car back from HD, I was absolutely shocked at how well it ran! Work was top notch and Samantha was fabulous to work with. Everyone was upfront and explained everything in a manner that made sense to a non mechanical layperson. Thanks for the quick turn around ( my car was ready in 3 business days!! ) and honesty!!
