I like the way that Marco motors, takes care of their customers. For me after meeting them a couple y
ears ago, I have complete confidence that they have very capable people who know exactly what they’re doing. And even when it’s not convenient for them, they always seem to manage to squeeze that person who is in need of having their vehicle looked at, as soon as possible. Finds a way, to help that customer out. To me they have a real team that works together, to meet their clients needs. Your receptionists are outstanding. it would be unfair not to include them in my review. When I called upon them, for a update, they can also relay where the mechanics are at on my vehicle, with an update as to when the service I’m requesting is going to be finished.. so the choice for me is a 10, that I would bring my vehicle back for service with your company!!!!

Yesterday, I went to start my daughter's Honda CRV before she got back in town from college, and it n
eeded a jump. After I started it, the steering did not work. I called Chet's and over the phone, the owner basically told me that if I went to a supply house and got a new battery, that would almost for sure fix the steering. Well, since the owner seemed fair and honest over the phone, I scheduled a service since the car needed an oil change anyways. I get there this morning, ask the owner to do a full diagnostic which I know is always a possible expensive repair. But he said no problem. He looked at everything, topped off the fluids, changed the oil, put in a new battery, and had it all done in close to a half hour. So honest. Very nice people.
