This was our 2nd routine service appointment and a carbon copy of the 1st visit. The attention to ou
r concerns was again followed through. Robert, Service Advisor, informed us at checkout that these items were completed as we asked. We could not have been more pleased with our service handled by Robert. This consistency in the quality of service and personnel, coupled with the respect shown for our vehicle is greatly appreciated. The new building and waiting area is super clean, bright and comfortable. Although the exceptional service is why we will continue to return to Mack Grubbs to maintain our Hyundai, the personnel and the newly designed building make it a pleasant experience.

Long long story short and with some encouragement from Robert to check a couple things at the dealer who had one coming in for us we decided to go with our gut and purchase from CC. Robert was off the day we came in after making an offer on the phone and Tyler took GREAT care of us for that point forward. He spent a lot of time explaining different features and answering questions, introducing us to the Service team and parts guy. Excellent service and good coffee and snacks too! Highly recommend shopping at CC Hyundai!
