ve wanted a Sonata for 3yrs, and I went to test drive one I saw online, and the rest is history. My experience with Rick was seamless. Rick greeted me immediately before I even got out of my beloved '04 Galante lol. From that moment forward was smooth, refreshing and comfortable (most of all). Rick was professional, personable, worked on getting me to the payments I was comfortable with, followed up after I purchased the car to check in, ordered all-weather mats for me (that came within days) and notified me of their arrival. Being a woman his kindness, show of care and patience was important to me. I have walked away from many vehicles but with Rick, he made pulling the trigger easy. (Manager) I really love my new Ionic 6 SEL AWD. It drives like a dream.
First, I would like to say that I think I got the best deal on my new car after shopping around in PA, NJ, NY and Maryland. I knew what type of car I wanted but I wanted to be sure I was getting the best deal. I live in PA but it was no trouble getting the car in NJ and I was given temporary plates to drive it. My official plate will be sent overnight to my home. Tierron walked my husband and I through the specific technology for the Ionic 6 and it is an amazing car. Tierron was very pleasant and professional and he gave me his direct number to call him with any issues we would have with the car. He was so helpful and personable.
If you are looking to get a new car or any electric car check out the prices at Route One Hyndai before buying a car. I spoke initially to Igli (Manager)over the phone and did the buying process with Tierron at Route One Hyndai.

The service team and Lynn did a great job getting us back on the road after rabbits chewed through ou
r dash lights cables. They ran the updates for security and engine monitoring logic under the required services that needed to be done. We also had some damage. I like the way everything was itemized for our approval. This process was so easy with no pressure to upsell. I expected the worst having dealt with other dealerships but this was fast, convenient, friendly service. Thanks Lynn, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
