eryone else I called had a week wait at least and when I called Japanese auto they got me in the same day and found the issue, fixed it and gave me the best price. They explained everything that I needed to know about the issues and got me in and out with the issue fixed in the same day. I will be going back there as the respect they gave me and excellent work and service was more than expected.

I lost the serpentine belt on my S10 coming up 7th St. in Oregon City at 4:25 PM on a Friday afternoo
n. I managed to get to the sidewalk in front of Auto Team just as it overheated and blew out a bunch of coolant.
Not only did these folks take me in immediately, they had the replacement belt delivered and installed in no time flat. I was back on the road in less than an hour at an incredibly reasonable cost. Granted, I was really lucky, but only because these folks were there, are so good at what they do, and are so nice. A rarity in today's world.
