Purchased Interstate Battery for 2009 Mercedes SL550
This is a great shop to go to. Need a battery, they will get it to you the same day if not in stock,
just call first. Need wheel alignment, they will do it for very reasonable price. Need more complicated work, they can do it. They don't just get you in, to pile load of unnecessary work on your car, so they can make the extra dollar, like some other shops. Talk to the owner Tom. He is the kind of auto mechanic / shop owner that are slowly disappearing.

Had our daughters car towed to their shop as it broke down on the weekend. As our longtime mechanic
had retired, we didn't have a regular mechanic any longer. After a few miserable dealings with some of the large "franchise" chains, we decided to take her car to Patriot based on their reviews online. They were very responsive and got right on the diagnostic to determine the issue(s) with our vehicle. Their findings were very detailed and complete and they worked with us to address the immediate concerns and identified a few issues that we could handle ourselves and a few that could be addressed in the near future. Emily was great to work with and while this was our first time there, she treated us like we'd been customers for a long time. Needless to say, we were very impressed and will be bringing all of our vehicles to Patriot going forward.

After diagnosis, it was found that the alternatof was bad. It was a lifetime warranty part from Autoz
one that had already been replaced 4 months ago. They removed the part, I took it and exchanged it and brought it back. They put it on and found it was only producing 11 volts. I had them get a good alternator, but save me the autozone part. I was able to get a full refund and core charge back from autozone. Now are car is back to being dependable. Great job!
