Hands down great service! This is the second time I've come to Andy's to modify my 2021 Ram Rebel 150
0. The first time they installed a retractable bed cover and rain guards which both have been great. And this time around they installed a 2" leveling kit and 35" wheel/tire package along with an alignment service. I dropped it off in the morning and was called a few hours later to pick it up. Awesome work guys! I have definitely found my "home shop" with Andy's!!! Thanks again!!!
Before driving cross-country, I purchased new tires. So why was my car saying Low Tire Pressure in le
ft front? I filled it before taking a hotel room in Aberdeen. When I awoke the next day, I had NO tire pressure. On AAA's advice, Walmart car dept looked: I had a cracked rim. They couldn't do anything but the gentleman there, to whom I am forever indebted, recommended Eddie's Northside. With my spare on, I drove there. No rims to be found that matched my car. Brainstorm. They call a welder who agrees to weld my cracked rim. The next morning they install my fixed rim and new tire back on my car. As far as I am concerned, they are miracle workers. Randy, Craig, Chris, I'm sure I have the names wrong but they were consistently respectful, helpful, creative, prompt, and followed through on every commitment. I have the highest respect for everyone at Eddie's and I can't thank them enough. I have traveled about 1500 miles since the repair, and have about 400 more to go. The car handles fine.
