We came to evaluate a car that exactly fit out requirement. When we arrived, the rig we had come to
see had just been sold (oh-oh! Red Flag!). But Chad met us and took us right to an identical rig that had just arrived. Chad is a real Ford guru!! Not only does he totally believe in his product, he makes a point of educating himself on all aspects of the new technology throughout the vehicle. Very impressive!. He spent a lot of time with us, and we never had a sense of being "hustled." He put the deal together with Diane (also a real pro!), and because of the late hour he worked, hands-on with the detail crew to get us down the road. What ever you're paying him, he's adding a lot more value than that to your business! Salespeople like that are a very scarce commodity!

We went in to see the Geneses with no intention to purchase as we were on a fact finding trip. We lef
t with a GV 80 and have no buyers remorse. We love our new car! From Leo, our salesman that greeted us with a smile at the door, to Jacques the sales manager then David the finance person, we were blessed. With three years maintenance included then five years bumper to bumper and 10 years engine, we feel secure. When it comes to old fashioned customer service, and going the extra mile this is THE dealership that
goes above and beyond that standard. They offer the type of customer service my grandfather said existed in his day and was far and few these days. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shelby and Galen. These two individuals were wonderful and helpful with my situation, they went above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for a car dealership. Galen asked me question on what I was comfortable price wise, and what I wanted to be driving. I wasn't optimistic of the chances of success as I had fallen short at other dealerships, but Galen and his amazing team at Buick GMC of Bellevue pulled off this feat as if no big deal. I was astonished at the level of dedication the whole staff puts in to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible, there was no attempting to sway me to a different vehicle just to make a sale. They ensured that the sale they made ensured the customers happiness was at the core of that sale. (In which Shelby was a fountain of information on everything related to buying cars. There were many many many things that she educated my wife and I on when it comes to the nitty gritty of car sales and buying, which I am grateful for as purchasing vehicles is quite the dive sometimes). Even when some issues occurred after the sale (which the staff stayed late to work with me, which is absolutely phenomenal and well above the highest expectation.) Galen and his colleges put the issues at the front most urgency and did everything within their powers to once again make sure I was taken care of. I can not give enough praise for the level of professionalism, and customer service I experienced at Buick GMC of Bellevue. I will more then happily tell people of the type of care this dealership has for its customers and the above and beyond services they posses!!! 10/10

In July of 2021. I leased a new GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige from Palm Springs Genesis. David Fleig was
my salesman. I love the car so much, I purchased it when my lease was over. I'm so happy I leased from Palm Springs Genesis. They're a NO UPCHARGE DEALER! My residual at end of lease was around $39000. The finance company valued the 2022 GV70 3.5 Prestige at $61000. This car holds it value. Go see David Fleig. There is no upcharge and no BS. People complaining about the car not holding value did not buy from the right dealer. David Fleig at Palm Springs Genesis will get you the best deal.
