Christina helped me when I arrived for my appointment and she couldn't have been nicer! We got the ca

I never write reviews unless my experience is either exceptional or horrible. I just purchased a Audi
A7 from a gentleman named Robert Duarte. I hate buying a vehicle because you usually get the sales run around and I end up in a bad mood by the time I purchase the car. All I ask is tell me the truth about the price and terms and I will make up my mind immediately. Working with Robert was smooth and easy. He did what he said with no surprises and was a joy to work with. The bottom line is I got a amazing vehicle for a great price. I know where I will shop the next time I get a new car.

Bought a pre-owned car at Maita Toyota of Auburn blvd. We had the pleasure of working with Michelle S
. She went above and beyond for me and my family. Answered all of my questions and made the entire process enjoyable. Most people are aware that purchasing a vehicle can be daunting but not at Maita Toyota, not with Michelle. She is knowledgeable, polite, and really seems to go above and beyond for her customers. Thank you Michelle for everything we love our new 2019 Honda Civic. I highly recommend going to get your new or used car from Michelle Smallin at Maita!!!

My first experience with Sales Manager Tobias was unprofessional and unscrupulous. I told them I was
looking for the Genesis SUV. They called me to come in, (I live 25 miles away) saying they had a surprise for me and when I arrived it was a car not a SUV. They told me that it would be months before they would get the SUV so I settled for a car and found out 1 week later that they had gotten SUVs in. He lied each time I called to ask about the SUV. I learned that the finance deal for the car was far more than what I should have been paying. My credit score was 884 and they financed it for 4.9%.
I then was told by a coworker that I should reach out to the general Manager Perry about my experience and he and Salesman Craig were very apologetic about what I had gone through and they were able to get me into a Beautiful GV70 in a less than a week's time. However I am paying much more than I should be for it because of the unprincipled dealings of the first dealer,
