I gave them one star because I can't give them no star I purchased a car from them and the said the c
ar was good but it wasn't after I purchased the car that day when I returned home all the warning lights came on and the engine light and I took the car back everything they said that they did they didn't do because when I got home the engine light came back on so before I took the car back again I give them one star when I receive a call from the general manager jeff patka and he said that if I don't take that one star down that he wasn't going work on my car that he felt some type of way that I did that and he don't have to work on my car because I purchased as is and he said he will not give me a rental car if they have to keep the car and no matter how many reviews I put up it still won't stop them from selling bad cars to people,so in the meantime I was asking to speak to the owner and I took the car back again they knew that I was coming from Wilmington Delaware so all they did was reset the light and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong that day when I was up there I receive a call from Michael lutman that the owner wouldn't be there the day I was up there that I had to come another day but get this the owner was there the he lied to me that was the last time I went up there so if the owner condone this kind of behavior he is only worried about money too so it's been four months and the engine light is still coming on so I did some research and found out the are laws that protect the people from dealership like this new or used or buy as is car too so people look lawyer up I will be this dealership needs to be taking down if there are any lawyers looking at this please help me and the people that this dealership done wrong

Mark Stechel and Charlie were fantastic to work with. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the vehi
cle and made the purchasing process very enjoyable and easy. He kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and called me once the GV70 was in the dealership. I was able to pick the car up that same day! Charlie made the finance process very straightforward compared to all the other car purchase experiences I have in the past. I would highly recommend Genesis of Bayside!

My grandson Andrew and William hit it off right aways, he answered all the question and provided addi
tional information. William was very helpful and could relate to what we were looking for. Andrew knows alot about car and William provide all knowledge which was great. We were very happy leaving with the purchase of the car he wanted and not just pushed into or force into something different. I would buy another car from William when I'am looking again thank you
