e in the lot and was is Interested in what I was looking for and never pushy, but was able to answer my questions. He offered to show me the features of the Juke that I was interested in. He let me move at my own pace and respected my need to have my wife come and look at the car. He and I talked by telephone several times and as we got closer to the final transaction he was, again, never pushed or pressured us. He let us make the decision and as we needed to speak with the manager about the the deal, compromises and the closing, he backed off and let the manager do his job. Once I had made the decision to purchase the car he continued to work with us on having the car prepped and helping me when I had left my garage door opener in the old car. He went out of his way to track down the old car and retrieve the garage door opener. I feel very strongly that Philip was one of the best salesman I have purchased a car from over the past 50 years. sus, calling to confirm my appointment and walk me through the troubleshooting process. From the start, it was clear I had reached out to the right place because the customer service was top-notch. Day of my appointment, I dropped off the vehicle and I was called with a status report exactly when Jesus said he would call. They had identified AND fixed the issue in a matter of a few hours, even without their "expert" electrical guy there. I was incredibly relieved and impressed, considering electrical problems can be difficult (if not impossible) to ID and resolve. It was very clear that the service department's attitude is ALL about customer service and satisfaction rather than turning a profit. I have been to local automotive shops and have left dissatisfied. I will absolutely be back to Sisbarro GMC!

The manager arranged financing through Toyota Motor Company at an incredible interest rate and a 5 year/100,000 service warranty. There was no pressure, no games, no back and forth. The process was quick and efficient. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped me so I could name them in this review. The bottom line is I highly recommend Broadway Toyota. They have me as a customer for life!!

e dealt with a number of MB dealerships and Downtown LA Motors, especially Jerry D., has been the best experience I have had to date. I damaged a wheel on my car and Downtown had the wheel in stock and could get it done today. Jerry said he would get it done quickly, and before I knew it, my wheel was fixed, the car was washed, and I was on my way. I know where I will be bringing my car for service! Thanks again Jerry!
