nowledge. He listened to our needs and patiently helped us decide on the Genesis GV80. He is the reason we purchased from Genesis of Greer. Most of us have had bad experiences with car salesmen but not with Hamza. I recommend you ask for him when visiting the dealership. You will agree with my review. . I have purchased several cars from Lexus Monterey Peninsula and have found them to be exceptionally good. I believe that the standard by which a company should be judged is not the fact they make mistakes, because we all make mistakes. Rather, the true standard for a company is what they do to correct their mistakes. I have to give Lexus Monterey an A+++ for their handling of my most recent dealings with them. I was given incorrect information regarding the features of a new Lexus ES300h Premium that I purchased. I was led to believe that said car had a number of features that were important to me, but the car was missing some of those features. I called Tony, the manager of the dealership, and explained my problem to him. We arranged a meeting to see what we could do to remedy the problem. And, here is where the A+++ comes in. Tony voided my purchase of the Lexus ES 300h Premium, despite the fact that I had already put over 1,000 miles on the car. Then he sold me a new Lexus ES 300h Luxury, which had all of the features I wanted and which was about $7,000 more that the car I returned. The bottom line is that the difference I had to pay for the new car was under $100. If that was not an A+++ for correcting a problem, I don't know what is. After that experience, I doubt very much that I would even consider purchasing a car from anyplace other than Lexus Monterey Peninsula. And, if you use them and have a problem, be sure to speak with Tony.

r and he picked out an amazing suv. I have had it for a month now. I recommended my sister to Shayon. In which she purchased a new car as well..He made our experience stress free. He is honest, professional and knowledgeable and made sure we left content and satisfied. He checked on me after my purchase to see how I'm liking the new car and to see if I had any questions for the whole entire month that I had my car. And he quickly responds when you reach out to him. I really like that. Maceo was my finance manager and he was amazing as well. In addition, I like how genesis corporate reached out to me to see about my experience. If you go to Genesis, ask for Shayon and Maceo!!!!
