in what I needed and what I didnt need.I have since took wife car there and also my co-worker loves these guys.Ryan the owner really has a good team Josh has a great personality and Jason will explain things to where you understand it without a big ego like some places. Sure you can find places cheaper-but like my grandma would say you get what you pay for . You may come in for oil change but they may see worn out hoses.What me and my co -worker love is that they text you a detailed report on you car what need to be worked right away then next level then tere a next level its awesome report nevewr had anyone does this before.Plus they are next to fred meyers so I can do my shopping and stop wendys for a bite to bad I didnt know about them before. You will not find a more honest knowledgeable place then Premier dont take my word look at some of there reviews on their site they are not made up either. !!

Took my vehicle in for serpentine belt changes. Was shown shoddy repair work done at my former shop a
fter oil leak discovered. Hose left unclamped. Electrical fitting under cowl broken and repaired with a cotter pin. Cowl screw cross-threaded and left without replacing. Tool left on cabin air intake vent rusting. Everything was photographed and recorded. Guess I have a new shop. Auburn Valley Mechanical is honest...that's EVERYTHING to me.

When dropping my car off Sam is very friendly, asked when I needed my car and stated 12:30 or earlier
he said great. I got a call at 12:30 stating they were short handed and my car wouldn't be ready until 2PM. A call sooner would have been nice since I need to be somewhere no later then 12:30. However Sam state the service would be free due to the inconvenience and timing of the call update.
