I recently purchased a 2021 Tucson at Crain Hyundai. Victoria my salesperson was AWESOME! She provided exceptional customer service and far exceeded my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Totally different experience there...I didn't feel pressured at all. I will definitely refer her to family and friends.

So happy with my new Hyundai!

I recently went to Hyundai to meet a friend who was considering buying a Palisade Calligraphy. I wasn’t in the market for a new car myself, just supporting my friend. We took the Palisade for a test drive and I was so impressed with the car that I decided to look at one for myself. Antonio, the sales person for my friend and myself, was incredibly helpful. He knew the car well and answered every question I had. He didn’t pressure me in the least. My friend left in her new Palisade Calligraphy and the next morning I went back and bought one myself! Antonio was awesome to work with. He made the whole process easy and has followed up to make sure I’m happy with my Palisade and to answer any questions I have. Thank you Crain Hyundai and Antonio!!

My experience was very positive especially since it was a rainy evening. All personnel were courteous and very helpful. The follow up call was appreciated to see if I had any questions. Since I don't live in Little Rock I will go to Conway for my regular services of which they were very encouraging and supportive rather then insist I come to Little Rock.
