Slow and Expensive
There's an old adage that there's Good, Fast, and Cheap, pick any two. Well let's give the benefit of the doubt and assume the work is Good. That leaves Fast or Cheap. But I got neither. I made an appointment for a simple oil change - while I waited. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointed time. I was told that it would be 60-90 minutes! I fact took 132 minutes from the appointment time to completion. At $49.95, it was hardly cheap. Please explain why I would ever come back! Our previous experience with another Ford dealer was both cheaper, and completed in less than 30 minutes. What is your value proposition over Jiffy Lube? Pretty sure they can change the oil in a Ford just as well.

Car was worse then when I brought it in
I had a short in my tail light brought it in for that to be fixed and was expecting them to cover it because that is what I was told. Then come to find out it was covered. So instead of replacing a bad harness they cut the wire harness connector out and spliced it together I go and pick it up and they acted like it was an inconvenience that I had them do the work. When I got in my car the battery light was on. I went in and talked with the service guy I was working with and he said there was nothing he can do. I had my wife and 2 kids in the car and it was 2 degrees. I said screw it and starting to head home because I’m done with there service shop! I made it to Home Depot before my car completely died where I had to call and wait for them to bring me a rental car and then the service person decided to tell me that I needed to find a tow truck and I needed to figure out how to get it back. I just paid to have something electrical fixed and they instead screwed my car!
I would strongly recommend people take there vehicles anywhere but here!

Slow leak
My wife showed low pressure, took to your Service Dept. Found nail. They
said it couldn't be fixed, sold her a new tire for $289. #1 I'm going to take that tire to my tire guys, and if they can fix it, I will have a problem with you. #2 $289 is crazy high, and I feel you've taken advantage of my wife in your Service Dept. I just bought all new 10 ply traction tires for my pickup truck and they were only $200 per tire. Come on, guys! If you want me to use your Service, you can't pillage me
when I come in. I won't put up with it!

Poor service
Had my vehicle there for and hour and 15 minutes to get the oil changed. When I check at the counter they couldn’t tell me if it was ready or not a counter person went to the back to find out. He came back after 5 minutes and told me it wasn’t done and they were going to do it now. I told them not to rotate the tires as I didn’t want to wait. The counter person did give me a free oil change for next visit.

Ford truck to chevy truck
I had a real bad experience with the service department. I feel like they were blowing me smoke, lied to and taken advantage of. Feel like i wash slapped in the face by the salesman with the offer he made me. Adding it all up i went and traded my Ford Truck off for a chevy truck.

Rushed It
Typically I love Mike White Ford... But, Sorry guys, but our last visit was not good at all... After waiting a month to get on the schedule for a simple Oil change and Tire Rotation (something I pre-payed extra for during my purchase). We finally got an appointment for last Saturday morning. We arrived on time and decided to wait at the shop. Everything seemed OK. We ran a few errands and noticed a smell of Oil. I figured it was a simple spill and would eventually burn off. I was wrong. Just as we were about to head home we stopped for gas and realized several quarts of oil was leaking underneath our Jeep. We immediately took it back to the shop and spoke with the lead technician. He was very apologetic and mentioned they would get it on the rack immediately. Upon inspection they found the oil filter had not been fitted correctly and was leaking oil. They said they were pressure washing it and topped it off again and took it for a cruise to make sure it wasn't leaking again... Well... Its still leaking... In fact it leaked all over my garage over the weekend. I'll be taking a day off of work today to crawl underneath my jeep today to make sure everything is legit myself. I can tell already they didn't spray off anything as the entire undercarriage is still soaked with oil... Hopefully its not stripped... Hopefully its just oil left over from the original accident. Hopefully my Engine don't blowup a week from now... SMH...
