I left getting what u needed and expected

I made an appointment about a week in advance for "the works" maintenance package. Appointment at 11 am. They didn't start work on my car until 11:40 am. Took 2 hrs to complete, longer than I expected but....? Told me it would be $75 to $80 dollars, I initialed ok on form. As I was waiting I called service department and asked how much the works package was and the lady said $65, hmm? Service Advisor told me they weren't going to rotate my tires cuz they were staggered. This was not true and I said please rotate cuz thats why I came here wasvto have the worrks package done. Not sure how they got that confused, I've been there before. Then when they got done he told me everything was good, air cleaner was OK, I have a K & N airfilter, there's a sticker that says don't inspect. I've never had the mess around with my aircleaner but.....?

2 hrs later they were done and then ignored the fact that I had asked to talk to the service manager about a different question.

Otherwise, I will definitely come back but I will make sure to double check what they are doing just in case

My car was serviced in 30 minutes! Great. It was another 25 minutes before I was notified that it was completed. Why does it take so long to do the paperwork & send the customer on their way?????

Oil change

I bought my car there and I had some free oil changes yesterday I was told I was out of them and had to pay regular price $67 is extremely high for an oil change and tire rotation when I can take it down the street for $29.99 and get the exact same service the work there is good but as far as pricing goes I will not bring my car there to have the oil changed anymore.

Debra, we hear your frustration. Our costs have starkly increased across the board; from oil to filters to wages for the technicians working on the vehicles. We fight hard to keep our prices low, but we also won't use anything less than Ford standard oil blends and we value our employees' time and expertise. Oil Changes/Tire Rotations aren't a place where we make a large profit, as we know it is a requirement for most vehicles, and we certainly have our hopes up that as the supply market cools off, we will be able to adjust prices down accordingly.

Great!, Super!, Wonerful!

Everyone was very kind, considerate & efficient. I was able 2 spend afew min. With my adopted son (of the heart, Paul Jordon K.), which made my day. Sweet Terra, & all of the 'regular's', all made the visit that much nicer. I was so glad to see that the sofa/chair area had been returned. It is nice when having to wait.(I pray that all of these areas are being disinfected several times a day. Covid is back!) My service people were exceptionally kind, considerate efficient. I thank U for a lovely showroom, & for the kind people that you employ. It was not always this way. I have always been a Ford girl, except for a short lapse in '65, when I had a '65 Corvette, convertible, w/a 396 under the hood. U have a wonderful staff in the service in the service dept. Cares about their people

A little over a month ago I needed to purchase new tires. They knew I am on a very tight budget and worked with me to ensure the new tires I needed so I can safely get to work, were affordable. 3 weeks later, something completely punctured one of the tires. They again reached a manageable solution to keep my kids and me safe on the roads.
