Thank you for taking th time to fill out the survey on your latest service trip to our dealership, I did review your last service and it does show that the new dip stick was billed out and installed on your vehicle per the recall being performed. The new dip stick does look the exact same just has full marking in different spot.

Left Hand doesn't know what the Right Hand is doing.........
Brought the car in for a taillight replacement on the drivers side. Passenger side lights were working OK. When car was done - Mr. Reck told me that the light bulb assembly on the driver's side was completely melted & that someone put the wrong size bulb in there causing it to melt? Hello no one touches that car but the St. Charles Dealership! I mentioned that to him & he told me that "yeah I checked your file & didn't see where they had replaced any bulbs." He said that light assembly would need replacing - the part would need to be ordered & that would take a few days to get it & they would call me when it came in. Bob Reck also told me that the cost for the parts & labor for the assembly would be $200. Then he said they checked the passenger side of the car & that side was OK - but they replaced the bulbs on that side to be "safe,." The replacement of the"good/working" bulbs was a total of $29.70. So I left the dealership with out the working tail light & paid for new lights on the passenger side of the car! How stupid I must look to those boys! When i asked him what should I tell the police if I get stopped for no break light & the genius told me - just show him your paperwork that you're waiting for a part. That was on 8-11-17 and to this date - no one from the dealership has called me about the replacement part....I know that they have both my home & cell number - still no calls. I really enjoy the Sonata but this time of year everyone is looking to sell me a newer car & quite honestly - I'll probably start looking at them there's more to a car than just the car - Service - GOOD SERVICE is most important! Unfortunately good service there is difficult to get...

The quality of service and people was excellent.
Not totally satisfied as they not sure where the problem is as there were no codes. They did the best they could under the circumstances.

brought my new santa fe back to have a scratched glove box door replaced and a noise coming from the headliner fixed. picked it up at the end of the day with new door on and no more headliner noise. very happy with the service.
