I'm sorry that you didn't have a not so great experience on your last visit, I will speak to your service advisor about this to see what was the hold up and why it took this long for your services to be complete.  I'm glad that you brought this to my attention, because this is not what we want our customers to experience, we want our customers to feel welcomed and at home.  I apologize again, and I can't stress how much customer satisfaction means to me and our owner.  Please, if I can do anything to make your experience better, don't hesitate to contact me, I know I can't give you your time back, but I willing to do what it take to make this right for you.

I took my car for recalls, and found other issues with the car, and a great thanks to the service manager Mr.George Sanchez for taking extra steps to help me get assistance from manufacturer. Really appreciate it!!!

Dealer refused to take a look on recalls they've done unless I pay $168
I referred so many friends and family to buy car from here, but no more from now on. I sent my car for several service recalls, (recall 188 and campaign 931 were completed) the eps light came on a few days after that, but since recall 110 has no parts so I waited and scheduled again on 12/23/2021. I specifically expressed my concern about the eps light issue, and ask the advisor to check the jobs that were done previously since they are related to the issue. But the advisor insisted to charge me $168 just to look, no other option, no explanation, don't care what so ever. For safety issue I actually verbally agreed with the fee and dropped it off. Then few days later I came to pickup the car, recall110 is done, but no diagnosis on the eps light, the advisor said I didn't authorized the fee, so nothing is done, even the previously jobs no body bother to give a blink of an eye.
