These guys totally flipped that script. From the first phone call, from beginning to end my experience was fantastic. Kevin Thomas (AWESOME!!!!!) (Ask for him!) answered every question, every concern, he played zero games with us regarding the price. We were told what it was and that was it.
Another element of this purchase was we did it remotely. So that created some anxiety but in the end that was wasted energy. Calls were received. Paperwork emailed. Money sent. Absolutley painless transaction.
As I can't go any higher I'll have to settle for rating my experience a 10.
Happy with everyone at Phil Long. Great staff!
