I wanted to thank you for taking the time to talk to me
this morning. I am so sorry that we did not get the car washed
we are working on improving our wash times and hiring more personel so that we can better serve our customers. With that said as we discussed this morning if you can come by anytime and see me I will get the vehicle cleaned inside and out.
also I have put a store credit for the money that you were charged I am sure the person that was checking you out did not realize that you were on the old plan I apoligize for that we will make sure that this does not happen again.
