We understand that there was difficulties that you encountered in the process of buying a vehicle. There are challenges in the new districution methods. When people are unable to see the car that they are buying and reserve incoming vehicles miscommunication happens. Your survey will help the manufacturer understand the good and bad of the new disstribution methods.
There is also a lot that we can use to help to train our staff better and how to ensure that people are dealt with fairly and with ethics. There may have been a failure to accomplish that here. We appreciated your business and I hope that we can continue to be your Hyundai dealer in the future.

We appreciate the positive survey despite your dissatisfaction in regards to sales price. If it is any comfort our in stock supply for Tucsons reached zero cars on Friday. We've yet to get another one physically in stock. We do have some in the pipeline, but most are spoken for. The best that we can offer is to try and give you the highest level of service possible for the duration of time that you own your vehicle.
