Promised us they would take care of tint that was included by getting vehicle to/from and providing us with car and scheduling an appointment only to be phoned to say we were to go to an address and they would “work us in” taking only 15 minutes without even making sure that day worked for our schedules and the tint place took over an hour.
Talked badly about my car I was trading in as if that was going to help him make a sale? You should not bad mouth what the customer owns.
We wanted to finance our car for 5 years but we were not even given a choice of time frame until after we signed paperwork that said it would be 6 years. And when brought this concern up to salesman, he just shrugged it off saying we can just pay it off sooner.
We were not ever told interest percentage which was strange and had to ask for monthly payment information which should be shown to us upfront.
We have seen commercials regarding 0%APR financing, no payment for 3 months and $1000 off which none of this was offered or applied to our sale.
Felt like we were being judged and disrespected because of our age when he found out we owned a house, owned our cars, were medical professionals, etc as if that is impossible to do
