What started out as a simple project turned into a complete and utter nightmare. Took my car to Bob J
ohnson Chevrolet for my 2016 GMC Acadia
Bring the car in for a starting problem. The dealer wind up doing a big inspection on my vehicle quoted me over $2,000 worth of work. Told me my extended warranty would not cover it and they only had to use OEM parts as their policy permits
Took the car Joe V's Auto and he was able to not only diagnose the original problem but replace other work that needed to be done and got everything covered with my extended warranty with minimal out-of-pocket
And also pointed out that the dealers diagnosis was completely wrong and then nothing to do with the starting problem and the stuff that they quoted was in the front end and the additional services was in the rear end of my vehicle
Would recommend that you use him for all of your service needs. Honest, hard-working and quick to respond via text and phone call during the course of your service so you don't have to wait and there's no guessing game
